Our storage charges:-
With effect from 1st February 2026
Standard indoor bay: £852
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a standard bay, which is generously sized for average vans £852 per year payable at the start of the lease.
Premium indoor bay: £896
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a premium bay, whose extra length make them particularly suitable for longer caravans, double axles, large motor-homes and bigger boats £896 per year payable at the start of the lease.
Outdoor bay: £672
for a caravan, motor-home or boat in a standard outside bay £672 per year payable at the start of the lease.
Minimum term: We offer an annual storage lease giving exclusive use of a designated storage bay for a minimum term of 12 months. The cost for the first year's storage is payable at commencement and annually in advance thereafter. Our charges are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate of 20%.
Replacement swipe cards: Lost or damaged swipe cards can be replaced at a cost of £10
